Growing up and living in South Wales, I’m surrounded by farming and rural communities. These communities are often romanticised, with the locals often envied by city folk as escaping the rat race. “Nothin’”, inspired by the music of Townes Van Zandt, explores the realities of (and challenges faced by) those residing in some of South and Mid-Wales’ most rural locations.
